I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on designing of internal otvaloobrazovaniye and warehousing of production wastes in iron ore and flux pits it (is applied).
2. To provide to management of ore mining industry (Nadtochenko M. M.) together with legal management (Davidchuk M. M.) registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To heads mining the companies and the project organizations irrespective of the patterns of ownership including the field of activity of Minprompolitiki of Ukraine further to be guided by this Provision and to provide reduction in compliance with it the internal administrative documents.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Fedyaev A. G.
