About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 11, 2018 No. 64

According to Articles 7, 15 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to articles 44 and 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of creation of conditions for proper introduction by banks of Ukraine and banking groups of organizational actions for risk management the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the table of appendix to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 11, 2018 No. 64 "About approval of the Regulations on the organization of risk management system in banks of Ukraine and banking groups" the following changes:

- 7 columns 3 and 4 of the word and figure "Till November 30, 2018" and "Till February 28, 2019" to replace 1) in lines 3 respectively with words and figures "Till March 30, 2019" and "Till April 30, 2019";

And figures "Till December 15, 2018" and "Till March 15, 2019" to replace 2) in line 8 of columns 3 and 4 of the word respectively with words and figures "Till April 15, 2019" and "Till May 15, 2019".

2. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Rozhkova K. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
