According to the Law of Ukraine "About addresses of citizens", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 7, 2008 No. 109 "About first-priority measures concerning ensuring realization and guaranteeing constitutional right on appeals to public authorities and local government bodies", to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 1997 No. 348 "About approval of the Instruction on clerical work according to addresses of citizens in public authorities and local self-government, associations of citizens, at the companies, in organizations, the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership, in mass media", to other regulatory legal acts concerning addresses of citizens and for the purpose of establishment of single rules of the organization of clerical work for addresses of citizens, and also ensuring realization of constitutional right of citizens on the personal appeal to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, its territorial authorities, the companies, organizations and the organizations, which belong to the sphere of its management, I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for consideration of addresses and the organization of personal reception of citizens No. 388/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 15, 2017 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 17, 2017 for No. 229/30097, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, its territorial authorities, the companies, organizations and the organizations which belong to the sphere of its management.

2. To department of communication, document flow and control (Belashov N. V.):

1) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies";

2) to bring this order to the attention of structural divisions of the office of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and its territorial authorities, the companies, organizations and the organizations belonging to the sphere of its management.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 26, 2011 No. 1314/7 "About streamlining of registration and consideration of addresses of the citizens who arrived in the Ministry of Justice through mailbox";

2) the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 11, 2013 No. 2368/5 "About approval of the Procedure for personal reception of citizens in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine";

3) the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 25, 2015 No. 2752/5 "About approval of Actions of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning improvement of work with addresses of citizens and requests for receipt of access to public information in the office of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine".

4. To management of information policy (Gryaznova A. V.) provide promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
