This Procedure is developed based on the Law of Ukraine "About power industry", other legal acts of Ukraine.
General provisions
1. This Procedure establishes the mechanism of application of sanctions for violation by the power supplier of the legislation on power industry taking into account extent of the allowed violations, the reasons which caused them, general financial position of the power supplier, its role in the market of electrical energy of Ukraine.
2. Application of the sanctions provided by Article part eight 24, parts three, the fourth and fifth Article 26 and part three of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" shall be adequate to extent of the allowed violation of the law about power industry.
