About modification of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Introduce in article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190 with subsequent changes) the following changes:
The paragraph the fourth Item 1 to add 1) with words and figures "taking into account the features determined by Item 10 of this Article";
To add 2) with Item 10 of the following content:
"10. The military personnel passing military service in the territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, Donetsk and Luhansk regions which are acknowledged temporarily occupied and continues service in military forming of Ukraine, and also members of their families who live together with them received the status of internally displaced persons and according to requirements of this Article are provided with office premises or premises for permanent residence in such territories or which have the premises located in such territories in private property if the property right to them is acquired according to the laws of Ukraine, and arrived to other territory of Ukraine are provided with premises or at will monetary compensation for ought it for obtaining premises from the written consent of specified persons and full age members of their families certified notarially are provided to them. The disclaimer of property on the premises located in temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, the Donetsk and Luhansk regions which is in private property of such categories of persons is performed according to the procedure which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
