About modification of the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods
According to Item 5 of Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. To add the subitem 34 of Item 15 of the Instruction on procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, after the paragraph of the fifth (after the table) with the paragraph of the following content:
"If the customs applicant plans to recover tariff preferences after release of goods, in element 2 instead of code according to the qualifier of privileges on customs payment the two-digit alphabetic PV code is specified.
2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About establishment of cases and conditions of recovery of tariff preferences", but not earlier than after 30 calendar days from the date of official publication of this Decision.
