About approval of the Technique of determination of specific losses of natural gas in case of its measurements by household counters in case of not reduction of amount of gas to standard conditions

For the purpose of reduction of the regulatory base concerning determination of specific losses of natural gas in distribution networks and its production and technological expenses in compliance with requirements of the current legislation, according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 1997 N786 "About Procedure for Regulation of Specific Expenses of Fuel and Energy Resources in Social Production" and Regulations on the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 14, 2000 N 598/2000,

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Technique of determination of specific losses of natural gas in case of its measurements by household counters in case of not reduction of amount of gas to standard conditions (further - the Technique which is applied).

2. Determine that application of the Technique is obligatory for the companies for gas supply and gasification of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine.

3. To the First Deputy Minister - the chairman of the board of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine Boyko Yu. A. provide provision of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister - the chairman of the board of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine Boyko Yu. A.
