1. Accept offers of the Head medical department under Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Head medical department), the Ministries of employment and employment relationships and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan about increase since December 1, 2018:
a) size of the special monthly allowance:
from 15 to 30 percent to the tariff charge - medical and pharmaceutical personnel, including the heads, deputy managers and specialists with the higher education equated on compensation to medical personnel of the subordinated organizations of the Head medical department (except Management of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance);
from 15 to 50 percent to the tariff charge - medical and pharmaceutical personnel, including the heads, deputy managers and specialists with the higher education equated on compensation to medical personnel of Management of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance;
from 10 to 30 percent to the tariff charge - the other personnel which are not specified in paragraphs second and third the subitem "an" of this Item;
b) the size of Special fund of material stimulation of employees of Management for providing with specialized motor transport from 15 percent to 25 percent from the salary fund.
2. To allocate to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan necessary budgetary appropriations in 2018 and the next years for covering of the additional expenses connected with execution of this resolution.
