About procedure for issue of the certificate on fuel belonging to alternative

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that the certificate on fuel belonging to alternative is granted by the State agency on energy efficiency and энергосбережениюв to it procedure:

the interested person submits to the Agency the application for issue of the certificate and the expert opinion on availability of signs of alternative type of fuel. The procedure for conducting examination for confirmation of belonging of fuel to alternative is determined by the Agency;

The agency considers the application for 10 days and makes the decision on issue of the certificate or refusal in its issue what informs the applicant in writing with reasons for causes of failure on.

The certificate is granted for a period of two years in form according to appendix. In case of loss the certificates Agency according to the statement of the interested person are granted by its duplicate.

2. To the national agency concerning ensuring effective use of energy resources to approve in three-months time procedure for conducting examination for confirmation of belonging of fuel to alternative, to provide maintaining the register of alternative types of fuel.
