1. This Provision determines procedure for imposing of NKRE, the state inspectors on operation of power plants and networks, the state inspectors on energy supervision of the modes of consumption of electrical and heat energy on subjects (subject) of housekeeping irrespective of patterns of ownership of penalties for violation of the law in industry of power industry and the sphere of heat supply.
