AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN AND GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Within the competence, the Party create favorable conditions for development of cooperation between business entities and other organizations in questions of supply of mineral fertilizers from the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Kyrgyz Republic.

The cooperation within this agreement will be performed according to the international obligations and national legal systems of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

The cooperation between the Parties within this agreement will be performed on long-term basis in the field of direct deliveries of mineral fertilizers from the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Kyrgyz Republic.

Article 3

The executive bodies of the Parties responsible for implementation of this agreement, are:

from the Uzbek Side - the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzkimyosanoat joint-stock company;

from the Kyrgyz Side - Fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Article 4

The Uzbek Side establishes quota of annual supply of nitrogen mineral fertilizers from the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Kyrgyz Republic in amount of at least 100,0 of one thousand tons, from them:

ammonium nitrate - 60,0 of one thousand tons;

carbamide - 40,0 of one thousand tons.
