The government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of Turkmenistan which further are referred to as with "Parties"

being guided by Program provisions between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of Turkmenistan on further deepening of cooperation in spheres of health care and sport for 2016 - 2018 signed on October 8, 2015

based on the mutual aspiration to support and deepen long-term cooperation in the field of health care and sanatorium treatment,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The purpose of this agreement is interaction of the Parties in the field of health care and the organization of sanatorium treatment of children from Uzbekistan in the sanatorium and improving centers of Turkmenistan, including in the National tourist area of Avaz.

The number of the children specified in this Article is determined by approval between the Parties.

Article 2

For the purpose of implementation of this agreement Uzbek side:

beforehand provides creation and representation to the Turkmen side of lists of the children directed for treatment in the sanatorium and improving centers of Turkmenistan of Uzbekistan and their accompanying persons with appendix of necessary documents;

determines the necessary number of the accompanied persons proceeding from total number of the children directed for treatment in the sanatorium and improving centers of Turkmenistan;

provides timely execution of exit documents of the children and their accompanying persons directed for treatment;

handles issue of transportation of children and persons accompanying them in destination and back by rail;

will organize extended coverage of the held events within this agreement in mass media of Uzbekistan.
