About modification of the Regulations on Committee of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for property management (assets) of banks which are removed from the market or are liquidated by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one, to Item 12, to Articles 37, of 48, of 51 Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 2 parts five of Article:

1. Bring in Regulations on Committee of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for property management (assets) of banks which are removed from the market or are liquidated by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of March 29, 2018 No. 940, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 20, 2018 for No. 736/32188, the following changes:

Item 2 of the Section II to add 1) with the new paragraph of such content: "Action of this Item does not extend to assets (property) of banks which are transferred (etsyatsya) to Fund in use, including lease, according to part nine of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits".";

The Section IV to add 2) with new Items 7 - 10 following contents:
