Make change to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2016 No. 710 "About effective use of public funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 83, of the Art. 2739, No. 88, of the Art. 2885), having replaced in subitem 1 of the word "acquisition of medicines and dressings; providing with food; acquisition of clothes, footwear, soft stock and equipment for pupils from among the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship; payment of utilities and energy carriers, payment of the expenses connected with projects implementation of target ecological (green) investments and accomplishment of obligations of the parties of the Kyoto protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention about climate change; ensuring operation of specialized ambulances of the emergency medical care (providing with fuels and lubricants, spare parts, communication services); servicing of public debt; current transfers to the population; "words" current transfers to the population; on expenses of funds of obligatory national social insurance and the Pension fund of Ukraine; expenses on covering of temporary cash gaps of the Pension fund of Ukraine; on expenses of the general fund of the government budget on acquisition of medicines and dressings; providing with food; acquisition of clothes, footwear, soft stock and equipment for pupils from among the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship; payment of utilities and energy carriers, payment of the expenses connected with projects implementation of target ecological (green) investments and accomplishment of obligations of the parties of the Kyoto protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention about climate change; ensuring operation of specialized ambulances of the emergency medical care (providing with fuels and lubricants, spare parts, communication services); servicing of public debt;".
