About approval of the Regulations on imposing of administrative punishments

Due to the introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning responsibility for evasion from accomplishment or untimely accomplishment of decisions of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine and according to the powers conferred by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 21, 1998 to N335/98, the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on imposing of administrative punishments which are applied.

2. Determine that for evasion from accomplishment or untimely accomplishment of solutions of NKRE heads (deputies) of independent structural division of central office of NKRE, and also heads (their deputies) of territorial representations of NKRE which according to functional obligations exercise control over the implementation by licensees of solutions of NKRE have the right to creation of protocols on administrative offenses.

3. To assign ensuring accomplishment of obligations of the secretary of the Commission when signing the resolution on imposing of administrative penalty to the chief of the Protocol Department of the Commission (O.V.'s Boletus) or person who replaces it.

4. Them in register of resolutions on cases on administrative offenses to provide accounting of resolutions on cases on administrative offenses by record to general department (T.G.'s Nightingale).
