From January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2022 to impose temporary ban (moratorium) on the inspections of subjects of entrepreneurship which are carried out by the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship according to the List approved by the Resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of November 10, 2016 No. 1057-VI, except for checks, performed:

1) within criminal and civil productions;

2) according to statements of subjects of entrepreneurship according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) on requests of state bodies of other countries;

4) according to statements of physical persons and legal entities on the facts posing threat for life and health of the population and the environment, and also violation of labor rights and charge of insurance premiums;
