About approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation and the organization of activities of agro-industrial firms in the field of fruit-and-vegetable growing and wine growing

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 9, 2006 No. UP-3709 "About Measures for Deepening of Economic Reforms in Fruit-and-vegetable Growing and Wine Growing", and also for the purpose of creation of the necessary regulatory base for forming and the organization of activities of the agro-industrial Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for creation and the organization of activities of agro-industrial firms in the field of fruit-and-vegetable growing and wine growing according to appendix.

2. To the ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzvinprom-holding Holding company together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and bring to places recommended forms of the agreements signed between agricultural firms, agricultural producers and processing enterprises in a month.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning agricultural and water economy, conversion of agricultural products and consumer goods of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
