1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 26, 2017 No. 504 "About approval of samples of the professional diploma, confirmation of the professional diploma, Rules of certification of seamen" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 15577, it is published on September 12, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of certification of the seamen approved by the specified order:
add Item 13 with the subitem 7) of the following content:
"7) the document confirming payment of the state fee for issue of the professional diploma.";
add with Item 14-1 of the following content:
"14-1. In case of establishment of completeness of the submitted documents according to Item 13 of these rules, to the applicant it is reported about the place, date and time of holding interview with the Commission on questions of certification of seamen (further – the Commission).
The structure of the Commission, and also its provision affirms the decision of the head of Sea port administration.
By results of interview the Commission determines the applicant's compliance to requirements of Items 25-74 of these rules.";
add with Item 15-1 of the following content:
"15-1. Issue of the professional diploma is performed after pronouncement of the positive decision of the Commission.";
