1.2. the thirteenth Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for the holding auctions for sale of subjects to privatization approved by this resolution after words of "the current year" to add the paragraph with words ", approved according to constituent documents, and in case of its absence - for January 1 of previous year";
1.3. the twelfth Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for the carrying out tenders selling subjects to privatization approved by this resolution after words of "the current year" to add the paragraph with words ", approved according to constituent documents, and in case of its absence - for January 1 of previous year";
