About introduction of amendments and changes in the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2007 No. 407

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2007 No. 407 "About some questions connected with demolition of apartment houses on the parcels of land withdrawn for the state needs" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 84, 5/24998; 2009, No. 109, 5/29680; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.02. 2014, 5/38383) following amendments and change:

1.1. the fifth Item 5 and the paragraph the fifth parts one of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for compensation by customers, builders of apartment houses to the local budget of cost of the premises intended for resettlement of citizens from the apartment houses which are subject to demolition in connection with provision of the parcels of land under housing construction and also about procedure of payments of the average indicator of such compensation approved by this resolution after words of "apartment house" to add the paragraph with the words "determined by the project documentation";

1.2. Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of the calculations connected with demolition or transfer of apartment houses, structures, the constructions which are not completed by construction of facilities and plantings in case of them which are in private property of citizens, in connection with seizure of land for the state needs, approved by this resolution to state in the following edition:

"3. For implementation of payment to the citizen of the losses connected with demolition the withdrawn parcels of land of real estate objects and plantings located on in case of them, the investor (person authorized by it) signs with bank the service agreement providing covering the investor (authorized by it person) at the expense of own means of the expenses of bank connected with opening, transfer, transfer and issue of money to the citizen on the purposes specified in this part.
