Article 1

1) regarding 1 Article 9:

a) add Item 6 with the words "or on condition of implementation of the calculations specified in Item 21 of this part";

b) in Item 23 after the words "and (or) termination" to add with words of "repurchase agreement", to "it" to exclude the word;
