Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of antiepizootic actions, No. 413 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2008 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 33, Art. 1094; 2009, No. 12, Art. 367; 2016, No. 81, Art. 2693; 2018, No. 18, the Art. 608), and the Procedure for compensation of the property harm (losses) done to persons owing to introduction of quarantine (quarantine restrictions) of animals or in connection with holding procedures and works on liquidation of especially dangerous (quarantine) diseases, No. 1003 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 31, 2012 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 83, the Art. 3358), changes which are applied.

1. Item 2 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for the implementation of antiepizootic actions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2008 No. 413, to add with the subitem 12 of the following content:
"12) compensation of the property harm (losses) done to physical persons as a result of introduction of quarantine (quarantine restrictions) of animals in connection with holding procedures and works on liquidation and prevention of the African plague of the pigs directed to their withdrawal for the purpose of destruction or slaughter.
