About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1751 and of November 21, 2013 No. 917

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1751 "About approval of the Procedure for appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2365; 2016, No. 97, Art. 3165; 2017, No. 80, the Art. 2450) and of November 21, 2013 No. 917 "Some questions of establishment by the medical and advisory commissions of disability to children" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 100, the Art. 3666), changes which are applied.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to give annually till March 20 to the Ministry of Health of the information about the number of the children sick with crushing perinatal defeats of nervous system, heavy inborn malformations, rare orphan diseases, oncological, oncohematological diseases, cerebral palsy, heavy mental disturbances, diabetes of the I type (insulin-dependent), sharp or chronic diseases of kidneys of the IV degree, children who got severe injury need transplantation of body, palliative care which does not establish disability, for last year, for their generalization and informing annually till April 1 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of social policy.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
