In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About service in bodies for emergency situations" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 8, Article 714; 2015, No. 2, Article 103, No. 10, Article 1088; 2016, No. 2, book I, Article 191, No. 6, Article 986; 2017, No. 7, Article 1254) to make the following changes:
1. In Article 23.12 of the word "The Employees Who Served … 25 Years" shall be replaced with words "The workers having office years of service … 35 years (except for employees of the bodies for emergency situations deprived of special ranks)".
2. In article 24.2 of figure "25" to replace with figures "35".
