1. Bodies of transport control within one working day from the date of obtaining from the operator of technical inspection of the notification on change of its legal address, the location, the address of implementation of activities for carrying out obligatory technical inspection, registration data, about the activities termination, and also within one working day after the introduction of the resolution on the case of administrative offense in legal force concerning the operator of technical inspection for combination of rendering services in carrying out obligatory technical inspection and to repair, maintenance of motorized vehicles and trail cars to them, provision of obviously unreliable information in case of inclusion in the register of operators of technical inspection, abuse of regulations of the organization and carrying out obligatory technical inspection of motorized vehicles and trail cars to them, frequency of passing of obligatory technical inspection of the motorized vehicles and trail cars to them approved by the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 329 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 11333) made repeatedly within year after imposing of administrative punishment represent the corresponding data to authorized body.".

2. To provide to committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2) and 3) this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
