About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning registration of vehicles and issue of car driver licenses

For the purpose of safety of traffic, streamlining of registration of vehicles, exception of corruption elements in case of issue of car driver licenses of national sample, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment" of June 23, 2017 No. 407 the following changes:

in Rules of state registration, re-registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment, and also the property rights to them approved by the above-stated Resolution:

- Item 7 in paragraph one to replace the word of "five" with the word of "ten";

- in Item 22:

to recognize paragraphs of the third and sixth invalid;

to add the paragraph of the seventh after words of "constituent documents" with words "(for legal entities)";

- in Item 24:

to recognize paragraphs of the third and seventh invalid;

to add the paragraph of the eighth after words of "constituent documents" with words "(for legal entities)";
