About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning renewal of activities of the State joint-stock company "Chernomorneftegaz"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. The law of Ukraine "About pipeline transport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 29, of Art. 139 with subsequent changes) to add with Article 22 following of content:

"Article 22. Final provisions

For temporary occupation the State joint-stock company "Chernomorneftegaz" opens the current account with the special mode of use for:

1) carrying out calculations for providing productive, investing activities, activities for protection of property rights and legitimate interests in courts (arbitration);

2) debt repayments under the agreements signed prior to temporary occupation of the territory of Ukraine which is confirmed with the judgment which took legal effect and the resolution on opening of enforcement proceeding, and also debt to the budget.

The current account with the special mode of use is opened in the authorized bank determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by the offer of National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine". Into such account the means arriving from economic activity of the State joint-stock company "Chernomorneftegaz", including compensation from the budget are enlisted.

On the means which are on the current account with the special mode of use collection according to obligations of the State joint-stock company "Chernomorneftegaz" cannot be turned.

The means considered on these accounts it is not seized, and transactions on these accounts are not subject to suspension".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 542; 2017, Art. No. 7-8, 50, No. 9, Art. 67):

Part the fourth Article 59 to add 1) with Item 9 of the following content:

"9) bases, stipulated in Item 1-2 Sections XIII "Final and transitional provisions" of this Law";

The Section XIII "Final and transitional provisions" to add 2) with Item 1-2 of the following content:
