About scientific and technological parks and innovative incubators
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
(1) This law regulates process of creation and functioning of scientific and technological parks and innovative incubators.
(2) the Subject of this law is creation of necessary premises for implementation in practice of innovations and transfer of technologies of which new or advanced products or services, competitive in the market, by creation and functioning of scientific and technological parks and innovative incubators are result.
For the purpose of this law the following basic concepts are used:
the administrator of the scientific and technological park and/or innovative incubator (further - the administrator) - the company which is selected on competitive basis which main object of activity is management of the scientific and technological park and/or innovative incubator, and also provision of services to residents of the scientific and technological park and/or innovative incubator;
cluster - merging of the companies interconnected, located in geographical proximity, as a rule, belonging to one or adjacent areas, and also research institutions, universities and other organizations which common goal is development of results of activities in the field of research and development, innovations and transfer of technologies, development and increasing knowledge in the above-named area;
founders of the scientific and technological park and/or innovative incubator - the legal entities of any kind of property and form of business, including the organization, organization and company from the field of science and innovation registered in the Republic of Moldova according to the current legislation, who signed the agreement on consolidation according to which they undertake task of creation of the scientific and technological park and/or innovative incubator establish the relations, including property, obligations, and also their main tasks;
