The national report on the course and results of implementation of the state program (further - the national report) is annually prepared by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of agro-industrial complex and till July 15 affirms the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. The national report approved by the Government of the Russian Federation goes to Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and is subject to publication in mass media. At meetings of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation information of representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation on the national report is heard.

3. The national report contains:

1) results of implementation of the state program for last year in general and concerning separate actions, in case of its completion - for the entire period of its realization;
