Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 244-FZ "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 7; 2010, No. 17, Art. 1987; No. 45, Art. 5746; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590; 2012, No. 43, Art. 5781; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4223, 4279; 2016, No. 18, Art. 2497; 2017, No. 49, Art. 7330) following changes:

1) part 1.2 of Article 6 to recognize invalid;

2) in Article 9:

a) regarding 3 words "creations and liquidations" shall be replaced with words "creations, liquidations and changes of borders";

b) regarding 4 words "about creation and liquidation" shall be replaced with words "about creation, liquidation and about change of borders";

c) in part 7 the second offer to state in the following edition: "The decision on liquidation of gambling zone or on change of borders of gambling zone if such change entails impossibility of implementation by the organizer of gamblings of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings in gambling zone, cannot be accepted the Government of the Russian Federation before the expiration of ten years from the date of its creation if other is not provided by the Federal Law.";
