Bring in the Regulations on the Directorial Board for the Special Programs of the President of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2017 No. 651 "Questions of the Directorial Board for the Special Programs of the President of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 1, of the Art. 324), change, having added Item 6 with subitem 17.1 of the following content:
"17.
