ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About criteria of sufficient conversion of meat

According to Article 32 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that in case of determination of country of source of products of conversion of meat from the raw materials classified in goods items 0201, of 0202, of 0203, of 0204, 0205 00 and 0207 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Customs union imported on customs area of the Russian Federation including from the territories of special economic zones the following transactions do not answer criteria of sufficient conversion:

with spices (spices), and (or) vegetable proteins, and (or) I will merge transactions of mixing of meat, including fowl of mechanical boning;

other transactions which significantly do not change goods condition, including salting by forcing method, cutting of not rolled meat to parts and mechanical boning of fowl.

2. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication.
