According to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 21, 2001 N742 "About Procedure for Import to the Russian Federation and Export from the Russian Federation of Precious Metals and Gemstones" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 26, Art. 2653; 2002, N 32, Art. 3167; 2003, N 40, Art. 3844):

1. Establish export quotas in 2006 of the primary goods containing precious metals according to appendix.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Energy of Russia control of implementation of this order.
