Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendix No. 6(1) to the state program of the Russian Federation "Health care development" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2017 No. 1640 "About approval of the state program of the Russian Federation "Health care development" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 1, Art. 373; No. 11, Art. 1625).

The subsidy is provided for the purpose of joint financing of payment commitments of subjects of the Russian Federation within implementation of the regional programs connected with retrofitting (providing) of children's polyclinics and children's polyclinic departments of the medical organizations subordinated to executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation, and (or) the municipal medical organizations located in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation, medical products and (or) creation of organizational planning solutions of internal spaces in them providing comfort of stay of children, including equipment of entrance by automatic doors, covered kolyasochny, separate entrance for sick children, open registry with the infomat, electronic board with the schedule of acceptance of doctors, call center, game zone for children, the room for feeding of babies and children of early age, office of emergency aid to children, system of navigation, zone of comfortable stay in halls.".
