These rules establish procedure for provision to federal state bodies of access to the single register of insured persons for the purpose of execution of the requirements established by part 3 of article 49.1 of the Federal law "About Compulsory Medical Insurance in the Russian Federation" (further - the single register).
2. Access to the single register is provided by Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund to federal state bodies which list affirms the Government of the Russian Federation (further - federal state bodies).
3. Access to the single register is provided on the basis of the principles of ensuring reliability, relevance, integrity and completeness of the provided and obtained information, and also confidentiality of information, access to which is limited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
