About additional measures for enhancement of activities of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan

At the same time, the available situation requires taking measures to creation of the operational control system behind technical condition of water management objects, to ensuring their timely reconstruction and upgrade, and also improvement project and installation and construction works in this sphere.
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of public administration in the field of water economy, and also creation of efficient system of improvement of condition of water management objects:
1. Transfer to system of the Ministry of water economy the State inspectorate for control and supervision of technical condition and safety of work of large and especially important water management objects under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Determine that the State inspectorate for control and supervision of technical condition and safety of work of large and especially important water management objects is transferred with the available number of staff and material and technical resources in full, with preserving the operating procedure for financing, compensation and material stimulation.
2. Form in structure of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, within the general number of staff, management:
the Surkhandarya pipeline system under Amu-Surkhansky basin management of irrigational systems;
The Tashkent main channel under Chirchiq-Akhangaransky basin management of irrigational systems;
