1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2016 No. 484 "About approval of Rules on approvals of the temporary compensating rate" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14644, it is published on January 18, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan), the following change:
in the Rules according to the temporary compensating rate approved by the specified order:

"11. The subject of natural monopoly informs the consumer information on approval of the temporary compensating rate not later than 10 calendar days before introduction it in action.
Monthly, during action of the temporary compensating rate the subject of natural monopoly informs consumers information on decrease in rate in the form of the note to the cost of regulated service in the payment document about payment of utilities.
In the note to the cost of regulated service information on decrease in rate with indication of the amount of return of means to consumers with reference to the decision of department of authorized body on approval of the temporary compensating rate placed on Internet resource of department of authorized body is specified.".
2. To committee on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of the competition and the rights of consumers to provide in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
