1. Approve the Technological scheme of interaction in case of illicit trafficking in chemical, biological, radiation and nuclear materials it (is applied).

2. To the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for accomplishment of this scheme.

1. General provisions

1. The technological scheme of interaction in case of illicit trafficking in chemical, biological, radiation and nuclear materials (further - this Scheme) is directed to coordination of action of authorized bodies and organizations of donors during assessment, control, the analysis and investigation of the incidents connected with illicit trafficking in chemical, biological, radiation and nuclear materials.

2. In this Scheme the following basic concepts are used:

- illicit trafficking - any intended unauthorized movement or trade in chemical, biological, radiation and nuclear material, in particular, in the presence of the probable or proved criminal intention;
