About introduction of amendments to the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 424-429, 666) to make the following changes:

1. In part (1) Article 2:

in Item a) to replace figures "80000" with figures "200000";

in Item b) to replace figures "100000" with figures "250000".

2. In Article 4:

in Item a) parts (figures "400000" to replace 7) with figures "800000";

in Item a) parts (figures "400000" to replace 9) with figures "800000";

in Item a) parts (figures "1500000" to replace 15) with figures "2000000".

3. In part (articles 28 of figure "400000" to replace 4) with figures "800000", and figures "1500000" - figures "2000000".

4. In Article 35:

part (to add 1) with the offer: "Term for giving explanations begins to flow from the date of publication of the announcement on participation and documentation on award and constitutes:

a) nine days - if the estimated value of the agreement on public procurements is equal or exceed the limits provided by part (3) Article 2;

b) six days - if estimated value of the agreement on public procurements below the limits provided by part (3) Article 2;

c) three days - in case of the procedure of request of price offers.";

part (to add 2) with the text: "The buying body can make explanations concerning documentation on award after term for request of explanations if for the answer to them the terms established in part are provided (4). In case of non-presentation in time of the requested explanations according to documentation on award the buying body shall extend submission due date of offers or applications for participation for economic operators taking into account the answer delay period.".

5. In Article 57:

in part (figures "400000" to replace 1) with figures "800000", and figures "1500000" - figures "2000000";
