About modification of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About liberty of conscience and the religious organizations" concerning the name of the religious organizations (associations) which are included into structure (are part) of the religious organization (consolidation), the leading center (management) of which is outside Ukraine in the state which the law which acknowledged performed military aggression against Ukraine and/or temporarily occupying part of the territory of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About liberty of conscience and the religious organizations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1991, No. 25, Art. 283; Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 13, of Art. 66 with subsequent changes) to add with parts seven and the eighth the following content:

"The religious organization (consolidation) which it is direct or as the component of other religious organization (consolidation) is the part (is part) to the religious organization (consolidation) leading the center (management) of which is outside Ukraine in the state which the law which acknowledged performed military aggression against Ukraine and/or temporarily occupying part of the territory of Ukraine belonging to the religious organization (consolidation) outside Ukraine which it enters shall reflect in the complete name specified in its charter (provision) (which part it is), by obligatory reproduction in the name of the complete authorized name of such religious organization (consolidation) with possible addition of the words "in Ukraine" and/or designations of the place in structure of the foreign religious organization.

Entry of the religious organization (consolidation) into the religious organization (consolidation) specified in part seven of this Article is determined in case of availability of one of the following signs:

1) the charter (provision) of the religious organization operating in Ukraine contains instructions on entry into structures of the religious organization (consolidation), the leading center (management) of which is outside Ukraine;
