For the purpose of ensuring execution of the fifth, eighth paragraphs of Item 1 and the fourth paragraph of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public procurements" of January 29, 2002 the No. 668 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve "Procedure for application of privileges" it (is applied).
2. It is cancelled.
3. According to article 11.5 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public procurements" to determine the sum of the sharing parts of 250 (two hundred fifty) million manats.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
