- add part 2 with the fourth offer of the following content:

"Till three working days after removal of court resolution, the body which introduced the petition for property attachment in court sends to authorized body the copy of court resolution for entering of the corresponding data into the Unified state register of secured liabilities or the Single state real estate register and the rights to it.";

- add part 8 with the second and third offers of the following content:

"Based on the decision of the investigator, the investigator, the prosecutor or the judge the authorized body brings according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, data on cancellation of arrest on property in the Unified state register of secured liabilities or the Single state real estate register and the rights to it. The procedure for entering of information into the specified registers is determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
