are punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to eight years.

219-2.2. Intentional illegal destruction of stationary platform or damnification, entailed its damage to the degree posing threat of its safety -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of seven up to ten years.

219-2.3. Intentional illegal capture or deduction under control of stationary platform using violence, threat of use of violence or by any other form of intimidation, -

are punished by imprisonment for a period of eight up to twelve years. Note: As "stationary platform" in this Article it is understood the artificial island which is constantly fixed at the bottom of the sea, structure or installation for investigation or development of natural wealth or in other economic targets.".

3. Add Article 226.3 of the following content:

"226.3. Threat of murder, causing severe harm to health or causing essential harm to property with use of radioactive materials -

it is punished by restriction of freedom for a period of two up to four years or imprisonment for a period of two up to four years.".

4. Add Article 227-1 of the following content:

"Article 227-1. Threat of plunder of radioactive materials

Threat of plunder of radioactive materials for the purpose of coercion of physical person or legal entity, government institutions or the international organizations to make any action or to refrain from making of any action, -

it is punished by restriction of freedom for a period of three up to five years or imprisonment for a period of three up to five years.".

5. Add Article 270-1 of the following content:

"Article 270-1. The acts creating threat of aviation safety

270-1.1. Use of violence to person which is in the aircraft during flight if application of such violence creates aircraft safety hazard, -

it is punished by penalty in the amount of five hundred to 1000 manats or corrective works for a period of up to one year, or restriction of freedom for a period of up to six months or imprisonment for a period of up to six months.

270-1.2. Transfer of obviously false data in the aircraft during flight or intentional, illegal destruction, damage or intervention in operation of the aeronautical equipment of the aircraft if such acts create aircraft safety hazard during flight -

are punished by corrective works for a period of up to two years or restriction of freedom for a period of up to two years or imprisonment for a period of up to two years.

270-1.3. Intentional, illegal destruction or causing essential harm to the equipment and devices of the airport or intentional destruction or causing essential harm to the unexploited airplanes located at the airport and also intentional illegal violation of work of services of the airport if such acts create safety hazard of the airport, -

are punished by restriction of freedom for a period of three up to five years or imprisonment for a period of three up to five years.

270-1.4. Intentional destruction of the operated aircraft, and also intentional causing to the aircraft of the harm which entailed its exit out of operation or creating flight safety hazard -

are punished by restriction of freedom for a period of three up to eight years.

270-1.5. Intentional illegal installation in the operated aircraft of the device or substance which can entail destruction of the aircraft or its damage to degree, the operated aircraft of such device or substance creating threat of its safety, or intentional illegal creation of conditions for placement in, -

are punished by imprisonment from eight to twelve years.".
