For the purpose of implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 No. 3 "About assistance of employment of the population", and also enhancement of forming of the database of the able-bodied citizens who are not occupied in economy, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus Decides:
1. For forming and maintaining the database of the able-bodied citizens who are not occupied in economy the single database of students in organizations of formation of the Republic of Belarus is created (further – the database of students).
Determine the owner of the database of students the Ministry of Education, and the database operator of students providing its creation, maintaining and maintenance – "Main Information and Analysis Center of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus" organization.
The procedure for forming and maintaining the database of students is determined by the Ministry of Education.
Provide to the Ministry of Education holding till April 1, 2019 organizational and technical actions for integration into the nation-wide automated information system of the database of students for the purpose of automation of process of its forming.
Support of the database of students is performed at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on functioning of "Main Information and Analysis Center of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus" organization.
2. Make additions and changes to the following Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 20.03.2020 No. 159
