About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 and of April 23, 2014 No. 117

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 "About approval of the Procedure for public financing of capital construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, the Art. 2374) and of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, Art. 916; 2018, No. 32, the Art. 1114, No. 68, the Art. 2291) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2018 No. 1074, changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 and of April 23, 2014 No. 117

1. To add Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764, with the paragraph of the following content:

"For work on construction of the site of the Syretsko-Pechersky line of the subway from the Syrets station on residential array the Wine-grower with electrodepot in the Podolsk district customers can perform advance payment (advance payment) at the rate to 95 percent of cost of the specified works on the agreement (contract) for term no more than 24 months.".
