About modification of some regulatory legal acts of National Bank concerning audit of banks

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 45, of 66, of 67, 70 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring high-quality carrying out audit of banks, members of banking group according to the legislation of Ukraine, reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the organization of internal audit in banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 10, 2016 No. 311 (with changes), such changes:

1) in the Section II:

to state the paragraph of the eighth of Item 6 in the following edition:

"the division of internal audit of banking group directly performs audit inspection (audit) of the member of banking group (if such participant according to the legislation does not create own division of internal audit).";

state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The division manager of internal audit shall have the higher education, work experience in the field of auditor activities at least five years from which at least than three years in bank(s), and to conform to other requirements for professional suitability and goodwill.
