Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 316; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 828; 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1006; 2015, No. 11, Art. 972, 2016, No. 5, Art. 370) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 2:

- in paragraph seven to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

"-the beneficial owner (beneficiary) - one or several physical persons which directly or indirectly has property (has more than 25 percent of the prevailing equity participation of the client or from total number of shares of the client with voting power) or really control the client and/or person in whose interests transaction/transaction, also persons controlling the legal entity is made.".

2. In Article 8:

- Item 7) of part 1 after words "the physical person)" to add with words ", and also data about beneficial owners of the legal entity";

- 6) parts 3 after the words "its contact information)" to add Item with words ", and also data about beneficial owners of the legal entity";

- add with part 4 following of content:

"4. The body performing state registration shall store information in the Unified state register on beneficial owners of the legal entity at least five years from the moment of liquidation of the legal entity.".
