About introduction of amendments to the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2015, No. 7, the Art. 1021) the following changes:

"Article 141. International commercial air transportations of foreign operators

The foreign operator of the aircraft performs the international regular commercial air transportations in the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) in case of use of the right of "the fifth degree of freedom of air" - according to the procedure, stipulated in Article the 145th of this Code;

2) in other cases - according to the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.";

Article 145 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Article 145. Flights of foreign aircrafts in airspace of the Kyrgyz Republic with use of the right of "the fifth degree of freedom of air"

Foreign aircrafts have the right to accept in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic aboard the aircraft of passengers, baggage, load and (or) mail for the airborne transportations following from the third state or in it according to this Code and Aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
