Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Package of measures for ensuring labor employment of persons serving sentence in organizations of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2005-2006 (further - the Package of measures).
2. To industry ministry, the Ministry of forestry, the Ministry of Defence, the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry, the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom:
provide accomplishment of the Package of measures;
quarterly to the 15th following the accounting period to send information on the course of realization of the Package of measures to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
3. Provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs coordination of work on accomplishment of the Package of measures with submission to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus within a month following every half-year, summarized information on the course of its realization.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
