"2. The foreign citizen who is temporarily living in the Russian Federation has no right to change at own will the place of the accommodation within subject of the Russian Federation in the territory of which temporary residence is authorized to it.

The foreign citizen who is temporarily living in the Russian Federation has no right to choose the place of the accommodation outside subject of the Russian Federation in which permission to temporary residence is issued to it.
